FFP2 – certified respirators Nano Med.Clean

Nano Med.Clean FFP2 is a premium respirator with filtration capacity certified for the capture of >98% viruses, bacteria and solid particles.

FFP2 respirator with nano layer filter medium achieves an effectiveness of >98% and longhour stable effectiveness.

The nanofibre filtration medium ensures maximum filtration effectiveness, unique in its class, and at the same time, offers comfortable breathing thanks to its excellent permeability. It allows for easy breathing while providing the highest grade of protection for the ordinary user as well as for elderly people, and asthma and allergy sufferers.

Stable effectiveness. The nanofibre filtration layer presents a physical barrier against the penetration of viruses, bacteria and minor solid particles. Its filtration function is more stable and long lasting compared to ordinary masks. The filtration of standard FFP2 masks works on the principle of an electrostatic charge, which “attracts” impurities and prevents them from penetrating the mask. As an ordinary mask gradually becomes damp from the exhalation of water vapours, its efficiency slowly decreases (losing its electrostatic charge). However, filters with a nanofibre layer ensure long-term protection with the full effectiveness of the filter.

  • EN 149:2001+A1:2009 certification for class FFP2 NR, tested and certified in an independent accredited laboratory in the EU.
  • Antimicrobe Web R nano membrane – excellent filtration effectiveness of material (99,9%), perfect protection against viruses, bacteria or smog.
  • All production materials originate in the EU; guaranteed quality, safety and health protection.
  • Face mask design optimized for proper fit; bendable nose clip and elastic straps behind the ears ensure perfect protection and minimize the entrance of air and thus undesirable microorganisms or droplets outside the filtration medium.
  • Maximum extent of protection – the FFP2 standard requires “only” 94 % effectiveness; the Nano Med.Clean respirator achieves an effectiveness of >98%.
  • Perfectly holds its shape, adjustable by the quality nose clip, elastic ear band.
